Actually, I didn't quite get it.

the cron.test.out works..so, I now that it is working properly.

If I had noppv set up to run..would I see it getting run in the cron log? I am not seeing anything there except the old test.out every 10 minutes.

What does "> /dev/null" do?

When I manually attempt to run noppv liek this '/var/hack/noppv.tcl > /dev/null' it doesn't do anything...it just hangs.

If I manually run '/var/hack/noppv.tcl' then it runs just fine. What does that command do?

I forgot to add the extra lines to the end of crontab.
