No telnet, no turbonet... what happened?

I noticed that my turbonet was dead a few weeks ago so I finally tried to telnet in via my serial port today and I found out that telnet is no longer working as well. What the heck happened? I have been running 2.5.2 on my T60 almost since you guys introduced the upgrade and have made no changes to the software or the hardware since. I've tried rebooting but nothing helps. Any ideas guys?

um, so you have a problem, and rebooting didnt solve it. well, other than that, we have no info on what is going on. have you checked the logs? have you tried to load the driver from the bash prompt available to you via the serial connection? have you searched for other threads on the issue?

Did you ever do anything to keep the logs from growing too large? If not, it's very likely your Tivo wiped out your /var/hack dir and recreated it, causing all the hacks to disappear.
