Saw your post and wondered if anyone ever sent you any links. Have 3 GXCEBOT's hacked and running perfectly and thought I might be up to the challenge of a Replay unit but am having trouble finding any data on it. I have read that the subscription or activation data is stored on the motherboard somehow so you must be able to hack it. Anyway please let me know what if anything you found out. All the best and thanks for your help.

I haven't kept up with the current state of hacking Replays and it was pretty much limited to adding new hard drives when I was doing it a few years back. Replay already has the networking features built-in so video extraction capability is already there on a non-hacked unit.
