tmpgec environmental settings

does anyone know what the environmental setting for tmpgenc are. i lost the setting for the vfapi plug-in and tmpgenc gives me the can not open, or unsupported error when i try to open up a tivo .mpg file. i am using version 2.5.

I use the Ligos MPEG-2 Decoder plugin at priority 1. And everything seems to work fine. Try to find a Ligos plug-in (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=25014). I think it works pretty good.
