OK, I've only seen this thing in action at the Sony Gallery here in Chicago. Looks great for holding the massive number of DVDs we're all burning here.
One of the great features is "thumbnails" -- otherwise known as "jacket information" -- which are displayed for a given DVD only IF the information is AVAILABLE to the changer.
Thumbnails are nice when you've got 300+ DVDs to go through (they even have a 400 DVD player), so it begs the question:
if you are burning your own DVDs, and now that we have TyTool to give us pretty background images, how do you make the "jacket info" available for the changer to pick it up?
If you have one of these mega changers, and you've seen some dvds display thumbnails and others not display them, then please help out by describing the file structure of those that will display and those that don't.
