Nope, it will go through whether you spend $40.00 or not. I ordered just the $50.00 gift pack for $9.25 and they shipped it. CS at Tupperware says it is because these are surplus items they want to get out of inventory.

Today I received a different $50.00 gift pack (I had to order more than 1 after I saw how cool the first one was!). It had a large container, a round container, pizza cutter, insulated mug, buzz lightyear childrens mug, etc.... I love this deal!

Also, their color changing summer fun tumblers are great! I order a set (2 tumblers) for $9.90 (50% off) and they are just too cool when they change colors!
