Black Vertical line

Has anyone figured out why some people get a black vertical line and the screen is split? I am using tytool following the exact directions. Video is perfect on my pc but when I put it in my Toshiba sd-1600, I get the black line.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you DVD player can't handle the non-standard video resolution.

You're going to need a new DVD player if you want to watch tyDVDs. Some older models can't handle the 480x480 resolution of a tyDVD. Older Toshiba players are among the least compatible when it comes to watching tyDVDs. Most players manufactured within the last few years will play them just fine, especially if they are compatible with SVCDs.
