I have 25Xtreme on my drives. I loaded it up and left the satellite disconnected when it went through the entire boot process and database loading. It completed successfully. I beleive this did not allow the prom to flash. Now I would like to load 2.52 on the drives. Heres what I think I have to do.
Hook up my A drive (HDC) to my secondary master. Run my Xupgrade cd. When it gets to /#. I type in:
upgrd252.sh -p
Is this the correct command??
Thanks for the help,
John

Your EEPROM had to have flashed when you installed the drive back in your DTivo or you didn't upgrade to 2.5. Check the readme file for the xupgrade utility. You'll find it on the first page of Superzap's upgrade sticky thread in the DirecTivo hacking forum. Check my tutorial on installing 2.5Xtreme and upgrading to 2.5.2. You'll find it on page 4 of the How Tos Only sticky in the DirecTivo hacking forum.

25xtreme is a complete, one disk tool that will restore a hacked image onto a previously unhacked tivo, including flashing the prom. www.tivostuff.com has images you can download

Hi guys:
Everything went well. I loaded up 2.52 and used the upgrd252.sh command (no -p) and it worked great. Thanks for the input. You guys are great.
