TMK Fatal Error?

I post a similar thread in Directivo Hacking but get no response. May be no one over there ever heard of this problem. Can someone here please help.

Two of my HDVR2 just die on me. The first one I think is the bad drive but not sure, this is the message from serial bash:

What is password?

The 2nd HDVR2 went in a loop when power up or unplug:
Powering up .... Almost there ... Acquiring data .... live tv (5 sec) ... blackout ... Powering up .....
It only happen when I watch live tv and won't happen if I keep watching the recorded program. Here is the kernel log which I think contain the error msg:

I am really stuck. I have been searching the forum for hours and come up with nothing. Please help.
