Will the DSR6000 xtreme upgrade (v3.1.0 and v2.5.2) work on a Sony SAT-T60? If not where do I locate the code for a Sony SAT-T60.

Do a search on xupgrade. Get xupgrade.zip at TiVo Stuff (http://www.tivostuff.com/downloads/download.html) .

Check out snoopy's post and you can download the sony t60 i3.1 upgrade iso image from his ftp.

Since the mfstools backup that I have is already 3.1 I still need to run the xtreme 2.5 then upgrade to 3.1 right? I tried to run the nic_install to be able to get into my tivo's partitions since it seems number 4 is not accessable some how. When I ran the nic_install I got a cannot load kernel when I put the drive back in my tivo. Any help would be great. FYI, after I got a clean image back on my drive it downloaded the 3.1b software it is now version 3.1.0b-02-1-011.

ok, I got the extreme 3.1 running. What is the option for not allowing updates but still make the daily call?
