Hi

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I have done a search and come back with nothing.
I have extracted a ty file from my SA series 1 TIVO with tytool 8r3. I have then set some cut points at the start and end (make key files / edit key files). I have then done the VOB-MUX files.
I have now gone to 'create IFO files / dirs'. In the menus on the 'create IFO' screen I see an option to 'force 16:9 in UK', but it is greyed out and I can't select it.

How do I set a programme / vob / ty or whatever to 16:9 or 4:3?

many thanks for any replies and to jdiner for all his hard work on this project!

You can always create everything and then edit the corresponding IFO with IFOedit afterward. You can change the aspect ratio of the menu and/or video by editing that value in the IFO.

Thanks for that. I will give it a try.

That's what I do with my UK Tivo files. It works perfectly and only takes a couple of seconds.
