Sending Files Via Tera Term Pro

I have looked everywhere but can seem to find the anwser to my simple question, please help!!

I want to send files to my tivo using telnet via Tera Term pro over ethernet (turbonet).
I can get the bash, but what do i do to send files???

I know zmodem works for serial connections but what works for ethernet???

you shouldn't use telnet for file transfter with ethernet. tivoftpd is the proper tool
