How to run midupdate2

Could someone inform me on how to get midupdate2 to run on my dsr6000, still trying to get locals heard this is worth a try

Thanks everyone...I now have locals, but I was not able to complete step 5 (#60,xx)....how do I get a letter in "xx", my code is "0E"....step by step says if I don't do this I will lose my locals...:confused:
