I had already upgraded my tivo's storage capabilty once. I wanted to increase it agian so I used my original backup off the original non-upgraded tivo, i then installed the two new drives per hinsdale's upgrade instructions. Everything went fine but tivo started to feeze up intermittantly. Reading in the forums, I thought I had a drive going bad so I redid Hinsdale's upgeade from the original backup and installed two new 120 drives. Everything worked fine for about 1 month. Now the tivo is freezing (locking up) again. Any suggestions?????

I am not running tivo web. I am running tystudio on both units and only one is locking up.
