ordered 160gb samsung, use Hinsdale?

I have a single drive HDR212 and plan to install a 160gb Samsung into my unit. I will store the existing 20gb drive for safe keeping. If I follow the Hinsdale instructions, will it work perfectly?

The standard tivo operating system only "sees" 137 gig of your
160 gig samsung. Other than that it should work ok.

There is a kernel hack to use the extra space for S1 units.
