no commercials

i bought a dsr6000 with 2.52 installed. i thought i read somewhere that you can program the machine to not record commercials. is this true and if so how do i get it to work. thanks

where ever you read that had no clue what they were talking about. you can skip commercials by fast forwarding yourself, but the tivo still records them, and it wont fast forward automatically
