Help A Girl Out.....pretty Please? Video To My Computer?

Hello guys! I need your help. I have a series 1 tivo and I have a dvd recorder on my computer. Can you tell me what I need to hook the tivo to the computer, both hardware and software, to record video from the tivo to my HD so I can archive it to dvd? I don't need to extract video or want to do anymore hacking on my tivo, just a simple solution to record it in real time is fine. And who said blondes were dumb? If you just want to record the output of your DTivo without performing extraction directly to your PC then all you need is a good video capture card in your PC. An ATI All-in-Wonder card should do the trick. Just connect the S-Video output and the audio output to the video and sound cards in your PC and capture the video as it's being played back. The resulting image won't be much better than VHS quality whereas video extraction will give you an exact copy of the original satellite signal. There are lots of detailed threads for recording via video capture card over at the Tivo Community Forum so you'll find more info on it there. We're more into the video extraction side of things here.
