monte question

I was finally able to get communications from tivo(HDVR2) via hyperterminal...it scrolled a bunch of info and finally ended with this:

DDLInitRead called
ApgManager Transition from state INIT to ACQUIRE_MARKER
No response when asking version info, tried 10 times.
Microcode version is TiVo!
