View Full Version : TiVo images
I have removed the TiVo images from the twinbrothers ftp site. I host other sites on that server and do not wish to incur any legal pain.
Everything else that was there is still there.

I have most Tivo images/tools/source etc. on a private FTP site. If anyone should need them, PM me and I'll set a temp password for you.

A friend gave me a hughes gxcebot tivo yesturday, and since then have been confused after reading forum. I know I need files and tutorials. (images/tools/source, ect.) Can you help, please?
I have found some tutorials from links and searches on net. Is there a start to finish tutorial or something like it you could point me to.
Thanks, John Stoker

There are tons of start to finish how too do it's here. My suggestion would be just to read and learn. It seems like a lot of work when you first take a look at it, and for the most part, it is :) There are plenty of helpful folks on this forum as well, but read, read, read. Here is a link to get you started.

Thanks BUT...I just pointed you to the source, someone else did all of that work. But like I said, with good effort on your part, and the folks here, you will be up and running in no time.

To all who have requested FTP membership, you will need to request access again, we have installed new FTP software, and the user database could not be imported. Sorry guys, just PM me for FTP approval.

Litjen_tan from tivocommunity website private emailed me and sent me to you and said I could get this. Kind of confused about the big deal about this but need help in getting an image. Kind of lost without my unit. any help would be appreciated
