That is mostly because Murdoch's corporate news outlets frequently embrace strong traditional values, such as personal accountability, property rights, and success through hard work. Democrats tend toward populist themes such as government control of private enterprise, severe redistribution of wealth through overtaxation, political correctness / tribalism / class warfare, and generalized moral decay in the name of individuals' selfishness.
