Wrong place. Even though your HD went bad your real problem is that you need an image.

Post in the Series 2 Image Begging Thread and good luck, they're hard to come by with the stupid, corporate image hurting, non-hacking friendly (and their being more hacking friendly was what influenced me to by and lifetime subscribe my 2 tivos) TiVo crackdown.
