Phone number for Directv

I am looking to subscribe to Directv but I live in Canada. I have a relative in the US whose address I can use. My biggest problem is that the toll-free number does not work in Canada and I cannot find the local number. Can anyone provide an alternate (not toll-free) number I can call to subscribe? Thanks
