anyone know of a solaris cross compiler for the s2 sa tivo?

google and forum searches didn't come up with many results.

Very unlikely that anyone's built one up til now. But you can do it yourself -- just follow the instructions for building gcc as a cross-compiler under Linux. It should work almost exactly the same in Solaris.

think i'd run into any problems since everything i can find is for x86 and my sunblade runs on a sparc 64bit?

gcc is near-universal. Certainly it works on a 64-bit Sparc. You build it from source, and it will work fine. It doesn't matter what the target is; target and host are separate.
