Isn't all NTSC DTiVo 480x480?

I've got quite a few PBS recordings which are not being identified as 480x480, they're showing 352x480. I thought all NTSC DTiVo was 480x480.

Those streams which are showing up in tytool as 352x480 are very clearly analog tape sources. Is it possible 1/2 D1 is bieng used to save bandwidth?
