Getting picky with TivoWeb

I have finally got everything working correctly on my Series 2 Tivo after A LOT of reading :D . I can tranfers shows and the whole bit. But with TivoWeb remote I can't get the "image" of the remote, just the text. Is this a module I have to install or is it 1 series 1/series 2 binary thing again?

Also, anyone have any luck with converting the downloaded shows to somthing i can watch on computer for a series 2?

um, you should have tried tivowebplus, doesnt take anything extra to work on an s2. number of improvements as well.
