Who here uses ecount?

Please don't be mad that I'm posting this here but I'm really worried. I signed up for more than one account with ecount and I got a message on my answering machine yesterday to call their fraud division. Has anyone else had problems with them? Whoa Frank! I don't mean to be rude, but I am assuming by your name and pic you are a drag queen? Dude, you have bigger problems than worrying about that ecount stuff...you need to tone down the look. I've got to tell you there was a guy on other boards that was always whining because he didn't get his free make up and Duh! I couldn't figure out why he wanted the stuff. Oh, and free panties from Lane Bryant, too. Anyway, it's all good, just tone down the look.

Sorry to be OT, but I was a little blown away there for a minute.

About the ecounts stuff, rumor has it that people are going to be charged for fraud for having more than one account. I read that somewhere. Man, be careful! That's kinda' scarey!

First of all welcome Frank to DealKing !

That was a good question and thats why we have special category "Problems with a company" next time try to post this is kind of question there. I did the same thing as both of you did opened two ecounts. It worked but 1 and half week later I was not able to get into any of those two ecounts. I got some error code when i tried to log in. I called Ecount customer service when i told them the error code that i got they seemed to be mean and told me to call headquarters and also refused to tell me what the code stands for. So i called the number they gave guy was very nice asked me if i have two ecounts i was honest and told him both login names for ecounts. He said since i was honest he will transfer money from one ecount to another one and terminate second ecount. Usually they don't do that they simply terminate both accounts and keep any money there and in theur full policy it indicated they have right to do that.

Solution from DealKing Consumer Advocate:

#1 be nice and honest
#2 tell him you did't know you can't have multiple ecounts and ask him to transfer money from one ecount to another one and terminate second ecount.
