I'm having a problem changing the resolution setings in tivowebplus. I know how to do it, but when I change the best quality resolution to 0, live tv is shaky. I've tried playing with the bitrates, setting them low and high, but that didn't solve the shaky screen issue. It seems to be whenever I change the res to 0. I know I've set them correctly, because after I reboot the tivo, tivowebplus confirms the changes. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Also I've read up on some VBR issues. I'd like to be able to turn that off. How would I go about doing that? I've read about a 'save disk option' in the preferences tab in tivoweb. My tivowebplus preferences tab has no 'save disk space' option. What should I do?
