where's the main TivoScripts 'script' file?

I was looking on the TivoScripts Cdrom for the main script "DOS autoexec equiv." batch file that runs and does the backup and performs all the hacks? ... but can't seem to locate it. Is there a "place to start" for learning about how to 'get at' these scripts and change them?

initrd.gz holds the startup filesystem the scripts are in /etc and /etc/scripts
