DSR6000 hard drive question?

I replaced the bad hard drive on my dsr6000 tivo with an ATA 133 40G hard drive. The ATA 133 40G hard drive I got is from a S2 tivo and its' made by Maxtor. After installing xtreme2.52 onto the ATA 133 40G hard drive from scratch and put it into the dsr6000 tivo but when I go to the tivo system info it says up 25 hours of recroding only. OK, isn't it a 40G hard drive can get up 35 hours recording? Why would this one say 25 hours only? :confused:

You didn't expand the image during the 2.5Xtreme installation. Use MFS Tools 2.0 to expand the image using the mfsadd command. Hinsdale's How To will tell you how to use it.
