save disk space in tivowebplus

can someone instruct me as to where I can find and how I can turn off the saved disk space option in tivowebplus.1.rc5? I want to disable vbr on a sa s2 4.01b. Thanks.

Why not just turn it off on the TiVo menu?

You can pernamently disable it by setting the two bitrate values on the resources page to be the same, but that requires a restart.

Sorry that doesn't really turn off vbr on S2.
All it does is it alters the max bitrate.
or the average bitrate.

If you know another way to turn off VBR, please kindly share it with us.
