TiVo in Europe

Hello all,

I´m fairly new to TiVo but Ive been hacking for about 15 years. I reside in Iceland so there is no official TiVo here.

So Im wondering if I buy a TiVo in the US will it be a problem to change it from NTSC to PAL ?

Also Im wondering if its possible to set your own TV schedule as the TiVo one will not cover Iceland. I only need to know if its doable so that it will not only be a manual PVR.

A tivo from the US will not be PAL cabable, there are UK tivos that can handle PAL. As far as loading your own schedule, its possible, search the web for tivo canada for information on how.
