The only company I really had a problem with was whatshotnow.com. I didn't pay for anything but I ordered stuff in October with the free money they give away on the site. Nothing came until January and it was only half my order. Then in April, I got some more of the order. Still haven't gotten one DVD I ordered but I didn't pay any money so I'm not gonna waste my time with them and their horrible customer service.

Yes, thank you for offering! I am having a heck of a time getting answers to 2 questions from PlanetRx.com. Here's my speal (sp?): Yesterday morning I kept getting emails from PlanetRx saying I need to verify an order cancellation - and now I have NO idea why or what they are talking about. After the fact (and after I deleted all these emails) I realized I hadn't placed any such order that needed to be cancelled due to insufficiant funds/payment (I think that's what it said?). So I emailed them back and asked for the details of the order. I have a feeling I won't hear back because a few weeks ago when I tried to use the code "survey", it wouldn't work, and they claimed I had already used "a $10 coupon". Um, yes, I used a $10 coupon, it was the "COL21" code, but I have never used the code "survey". ugh. I'll never get any answers. I emailed them twice asking just which code they think I used (they MUST have it on file somewhere?) and received nothing in response.
Anyways, mainly I just wanted to vent ...

update

Ok, I'm a dummy. I finally received an email from PlanetRx with the details of my order. I do remember placing the items in my cart, but I could of sworn I didn't place the order because it wouldn't let me use that code "survey"... But, with all the late night online shopping I've been doing lately, I just can't keep it all straight. I'll put that on my growing list of things NOT to do. http://151.198.28.224/ubb/tongue.gif

But STILL I have a feeling they don't want to tell me about the code confusion, but whatever... http://151.198.28.224/ubb/frown.gif

I am in desperate need for help or advise. I placed an order at Amazon over the weekend when they had extremely low prices. On Monday I received an e-mail stating that the retailers had changed their prices and I had the option of ordering at the new higher prices or cancelling my order. After placing my order I did receive a confirmation e-mail with the low prices and order confirmation number. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I'd really be surprised if they honor these orders. That's an advantage that online retailers have over B&M. They get to check prices after ordering.

#1Amazon.com has price error policy that they are not responsible there is nothing you can do.
#2 few orders might go through accidently
#3 all other orders would be cancelled
#4 if people were smart enough they would buy only items that would say shipping in 24 hours that way amazon would have no time to cancel the order because the item would be in stock and would be shipped but most of people ordered items that said 2-3 days shipping so it gave amazon plenty of time to cancel orders.
