T-60 doesn't boot

Sony T-60 doesn't boot. I don't hear the hard drive being accessed and I don't get a welcome screen, just black screen with some flashing white lines.

Fan is working, and power light is green and not flashing.

I think I might have shorted a 5vdc line to ground very briefly when checking the 5vdc going to HD.

I've reseated all the ribbon cables. Any ideas on what I screwed up?

Doesnt sound good, 99% chance its dead, you need to post your logs after deleting them, but thats usually a sure fire doorstop sign.........
