HELP!! Everything is installed. Cannot get tserver_mfs to open on the Tivo.

Please see the following that I get when I telnet to the Tivo and try to open the file.

tivo:/usr/tytools$ dir
NowShowing.tcl tserver_mfs7_mips
tivo:/usr/tytools$ chmod +x tserver_mfs7_mips
tivo:/usr/tytools$ chmod +x NowShowing.tcl
tivo:/usr/tytools$ ./tserver_mfs7_mips
failed to open []
Not a TiVo super block! (magic=0x00000000)

I have a Stand Alone version 2 running latest Operating System, 4.01. Until I get this file operating, I am dead in the water to extract to the PC (running XP).
