Ok I think I have a bad Harddrive . Cause My tivo is stuck on "Almost there" screen anyways most are telling me thats the problem . I looked through 50 boxs and found the first HD that I used for the system . Nothing was wrong with it just that a friend gave me his with a few more hacks in it . Anyways My brother put the HD in his hugues S2 Dirctivo And I did'nt know till I tried the HD out in my Sat-60 again and it did'nt go past the welcome screen . Now is that image still good ? and if so What do I need inorder to redo the image on another HD to get my tivo working ? Thanks guys !

I think you have a very good reason to be unhappy with your brother. Obviously he wiped the Sony image on your original drive. Now if you hacked the original drive with 25Xtreme and still have it around, I'd go with that. Otherwise, you're going to have to come up with a fresh image.
