View Full Version : Season passes stopped scheduling

I've got a Tivo brand Series 2 which has been Sleepered and has been working fantastically for a couple months now for all my extraction needs.

Recently, however, the unit has stopped scheduling new episodes from my season passes, or even in the Tivo Suggestions section. I can get it to re-schedule episodes for a couple weeks by resaving the season passes, but then I have to do it again two weeks later, or else it will record nothing.

The only thing that i can conceive of causing the new issue is that I've had a new update from Tivo trying to install itself every night, and I've been too happy with my unit's performance to want to redo the whole process again. Is this my only recourse, or is there perhaps some script that is supposed to run to update the schedule that I may have somehow clobbered?

Something similar hapened to me where it wasnt recording SOME season passes (no noticable pattern) the only fix i could come up with was to do a clear and delete all. So far its been good since. (2 months) The only problem is that you may lose many channel icons by doing a clear n delete all. They can be downloaded and reinstalled.
