Help...x721 and 722 messages :(

I have a DSR7000 that I lost the image\drive for and downloaded a HDVR2 image off emule. I restored the image to the drive and booted it up. After about 30 minutes I still have no channels.... The only channels I have are 100 and the other dtv channels. I am subscribed user and am not trying to use an HU card or anything. Any ideas? I also tried going into the settings and do a Clear and Delete, but that still didnt do anything. Is it that I am using a HDVR2 image on a DSR7000?


In addition, the DSR7000 is trying to make its initial call out and says I cant use the service until I make the call out. Wasnt there a special area code to enter or something?

How long was your unit unplugged? The p4 card probably hasn't gotten its refresh. Just call DirectTv and tell them one of the kids unplugged it and now it's not working. They will send the refresh.

Let it call out. It will get new dialin numbers after it dials the 800 number.

Had the same problem this morning...

Made a call to dtv and they fixed it immediatly
