I just bought a samsung series 2 all I want to do is install a larger hard drive and take out the 40 gig where do I get the image and what do I have to do thanks for the help

You can use the existing image on your original Tivo drive. Get a copy of MFS Tools 2.0 and Hinsdale's How To for info on upgrading your drive to a larger one. You'll find links for both at the 9th Tee website.
