Tivoweb won't respond. Can I reboot only Tivoweb via telnet?

My Tivoweb has been working, but today it won't respond. I just get "website found..." and it never loads. FTP, telnet, all other hacks, and the Tivo itself are working fine.

Is there a way via telnet to stop/restart only Tivoweb without rebooting the full tivo? I tried re-running Tivoweb, but that does not fix it. Can I "stop" tivoweb and restart it?

When this happens, TW is unstable. A reboot is your only option. The Tivo might crash later anyway.

The only exception I have seen to this is when TW execs a binary or external script that hangs. Sometimes killing the exec'ed binary will return control to TW. Unless you were using a module that does this, it's likely that my first statement applies.
