I have a Samsung DTV SIR-S4120R Receiver. I pay for DirecTV service along with TiVo service. I also have a Wireless network running in the house with DHCP enabled. I was wondering if it is possible to use a WUSB11 Version 2.6 Wireless USB Adaptor to transfer data (shows) from the TiVo to my computer.
I have tried plugging in the USB Wireless Adaptor, but it doesn't seem to do anything. The Power light on the adaptor does not light up and nothing shows up in my workgroup computers. Is this something that can be done without opening up the TiVo and putting the hard drive in a standalong PC?
