I saw a 40GB SA one for $75 as an open box item at BestBuy here is East brunswick,NJ. If there was a way to use it as a manual VCR I would have jumped on it but the $300 sub is just plain silly.

If you're gonna buy from Tivo you are better off paying $99 w/ free shipping. I ordered one with the $79.99 deal and was charged 24.95 shipping....net loss $5.
