I'm new to hacking, so go easy...
I have a HDR31202 that I want to run TiVoWeb and some other hacks on. I will be using serial, because I don't have the time or cash to do TurboNet.
I know that I need to get into the diagnosics menu and wait till a Bash prompt comes up, and then make a new dir install the files (where again?) over ZMODEM, but then what?
