Reload DSR6000

I bought a used DSR6000 and the previous owner said he was using Xtreme 2.5. I'm not sure what else he was doing it with but I wanted to subscribe it to Dtv legit. Are the hard drive images still around for download? The other sites don't seem to work anymore. If I get a hold of an image, can I just reload it and stick the new access card in it? Thanks.

Ok. I got a hold of a Xtreme 2.5 image and the 2.5.2/3.1 upgrade. I thought about it, and realized that I need the fixsub hack because I don't have a phone line. So a virgin image wouldn't help anyway. From the forums, it looks like its all upgraded over the satelite anyways. So if I reload that, the upgrade, and then enabled fixsub, I should be good to go, right? Dtv is sending me a new card and should have added the tivo tier, so it is legit.
