Were you able to order one? Although it lists the Internet Special, it will only allow you to order for pickup.

nice catch rudiger! you're really on the ball lately

the Western Digital 200GB - $88.00 - no rebates! (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?t=36066) link you posted is a little better deal on a cost-per-meg basis ($0.44 vs $0.52) but that's not the only factor. folks might want to read the Maxtor Voids Warranty (http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/showthread.php?t=35432) thread and ask around

personally I've had nothing but good experiences with Western Digital and these 200's are a SWEET drive. on the other hand, my brother & I have both had problems with compusa 80/120/160 maxtors in the last 2 years.

Last night the site said that it was only availabe for pickup in stores. Today (yesterday) I was able to order one for delivery. Total including shipping and tax was 142.79

Great Deal!

I just got back from the Princeton NJ store and they matched the online price! What a great deal!

I was also aible to get the local store to match online price, after a little bit of arm twisting. I bought 2 of them.

BTW, they grabbed the red Maxtor full retail boxes out of the locked cage.

FYI - The link I posted a while back for the Maxtor 250GB drive from Outpost.com is still good (no rebates to deal with). The price is $119.99 plus shipping. I got one delivered for about $126.00. Here's the link.
