I have downloaded a movie and a show and when I try to make the key files for either one I get:

"Sorry... Failed to get the first 10 initial chunks...
Have to have at least that many to start the analysis phase..."

I am new and have read the instructions but apparently I need to do something else. I have no clue how to "Set Initial Jump" or "Set Length" of a file or why. I cannot find anything more than the suggestion to do 10% of a files total size but "Set Initial Jump" wants an "integer" WTF does that mean?

I read first but am stumped on this part.

That error usually means that your video is still scrambled. Have you confirmed that it's not with:

ciphercheck.tcl?

No, I assumed they were not scrambled since I could download it, I thought you could not download scrambled shows. So I should get the ciphercheck.tcl and start it up someway to see if my shows are scrambled?

Oh you can download them... you just can't DO anything with the data (except maybe re-insert it to the Tivo).
