Certainly not the best deal ever, but not too shabby if you don't want to have wasted space or deal with wrap-around issues.

Not too shabby indeed when you consider that it's a drive with a 5yr wrnty sold by a reputable vendor and manufacturer (non-OEM).Therefore, the rebate is also reputable so you are likely to see the rebate check (keep copies and do your homework!).

Pricewatch shows some 120GB drives as low as $66 shipped without rebates but these are OEM 90-day warnty drives from bottom-shelf vendors.

EDIT: The deal for the 160GB drive @$60 was sweeter but those deals don't come along every day. I took advantage of it and now have the beeffiest X-box on the block. All the other kids are jealous... of course, their average age is 10 while I'm 39. :-/
