Compressing Ty.mpeg files on PC

Does Anyone know how to compress the ty.mpeg files? Quicktimepro does not import ty.mpeg files so far as I can tell to compress them. They are too big once converted into ty.mpeg. :)

I don't know if this will work but try ReJig (http://www.rejig.org/).

I use TMPGEnc and it works fine.
