Problem with TivoWebPlus

I installed the latest version, modified the sysinit.author file and set twp to run at reboot. When I enter tivo ip address in browser, I do not get console. I can telnet, ftp and ping to the address. What am I missing. I am sure it is something simple but I have gone over the instructions several times and cannot find my error.

ok, it was a proxy setting problem in my browser.
