When I playback extracted video I am seeing fuzzy lines at the very top of the video. Anyone seen this before?

Some additional info:
I have 2 diretivo's, and it's only happening on 1 of them (the philips).
If I burn the video to DVD, its fine during playback

I had similar issues w/ my RCA model. I've been told it's the overscan info (CC, SAP, etc. type stuff). When viewing it on my pc I just cheat by letting WMP keep it's frame around the picture. Otherwise I ignore it. I haven't paid attention to burned dvd's tho.
