Is it possible to use the tyshow win32 codecs in Linux using Kaffeine. I copied them to the /usr/lib/win32 directory but Kaffiene won't open the stream from the Tivo Web + "view" selection, I am running Knoppix 3.4 installed on the harddisk using KDE. It does of course work on my winxp box. I believe that Kaffeine is supposed to be able to use win32 codecs. Any thoughts or ideas greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I'm not familiar with Kaffeine, but you can stream ty natively with MPlayer, with the Tivo patch. (And IIRC, this far predates TyShow.)
